Pick up customer orders from the assigned FirstCry store/warehouse. Deliver orders safely and on time to the customer's address. Verify customer details and collect payments/COD when applicable. Handle products carefully and ensure they reach customers in good condition. Use a smartphone/mobile application for order tracking, navigation, and delivery updates. Maintain accurate delivery records and update delivery status in the system. Communicate professionally with customers and resolve basic delivery-related queries. Return undelivered orders to the designated store/warehouse as per company process. Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines. Maintain the assigned vehicle/bike in valuable working condition.
