About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our Reporting Services team. This role combines strong analytical and technical expertise with a client-facing dimension, supporting the delivery of regulatory reporting and data-driven solutions to global asset managers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and compliant regulatory reports, analysing complex datasets, and contributing to technology-enabled solutions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, engagement with clients, and continuous improvement of reporting processes in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define, review, and implement methodologies for transaction cost calculations, performance scenarios, Summary Risk Indicator (SRI), and other regulatory requirements under PRIIPs KID (EU) and UCITS KIID (UK).
- Deliver regulatory reporting solutions including PRIIPs KIDs, UCITS KIIDs, EMT, EPT, EET, Solvency II, TPT, DCPT, CET, Annex IV, SFDR / UK SDR, and factsheets.
- Analyse, validate, and reconcile large and complex datasets to ensure accuracy,



consistency, and compliance across reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with clients, delegates, and internal teams to gather data and ensure timely delivery of reporting solutions.
- Clearly explain complex regulatory calculations and outputs to clients and act as a subject matter expert to support client relationships and business development initiatives.
- Support client onboarding activities, including data mapping, workflow coordination, and implementation.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, assess their impact, and support implementation into reporting processes and client solutions.
- Contribute to product development and enhancement of regulatory reporting solutions by defining business requirements and supporting testing and rollout.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Technology teams to implement reporting logic, workflows, and automation within platforms.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process optimisation, scalability, and automation initiatives.
- Support development and integration of technology-driven and AI-powered solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and value delivery.
- Maintain effective controls and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.

About You

Required skills:

- understanding of regulatory reporting requirements within the investment fund / asset management industry (PRIIPs, UCITS, EMT/EPT, Solvency II, and related frameworks).
- analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.




- communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and manage client relationships effectively.
- to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Desired skills:

- experience (3 years) in financial services, asset management, consulting, fund services, or a regulatory/legal environment.
- with additional EU, UK, and global regulatory frameworks and both their legal and technical interpretations.
- to data analysis tools, reporting technologies, or workflow automation tools.
- with project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).
- in financial technology, data products, digital transformation, and AI applications in reporting.
