Job Brief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to lead and manage litigation

matters across various domains, including arbitration, commercial disputes, matrimonial disputes,

company law matters, RERA matters, consumer court cases, MSME disputes, breach of confidentiality

cases, and IPR-related disputes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, managing client

interactions, supervising court proceedings, and mentoring junior team members.

Duties & Responsibilities

Business Development: Generate business leads, manage client relationships, and contribute to

firm growth.

Client Management: Send scope and fee structure to clients, handle client communication, and lead

client meetings and calls.

Case Strategy & Execution: Strategize the next steps in litigation matters, lead case discussions,

and ensure seamless execution of legal proceedings.

Court Proceedings: Oversee and ensure all court proceedings are conducted as per planned

strategy.

Team Leadership: Assign work, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and review and finalize legal

drafts.





Legal Drafting & Review: Prepare, review, and finalize pleadings, petitions, agreements, and legal

opinions.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to legal frameworks, compliance standards,

and risk mitigation strategies.

Dispute Resolution: Lead arbitration and settlement discussions where applicable.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple litigation matters independently.

Robust leadership skills with experience in handling legal teams.

In-depth knowledge of court procedures, arbitration rules, and corporate laws.
