Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Android Developer with 2-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Android development, modern mobile architectures, REST API integration, and unit testing. The candidate will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications.
- Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance mobile solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of applications.
- Ensure application quality through unit testing and code reviews.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimations.
- Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and technologies.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Android Application Development
- Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio,



and Jetpack Components
- Knowledge of MVVM architecture and Android Architecture Components
- Experience with REST API integration
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and Material Design guidelines
- Experience with Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito) and automated testing
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Knowledge of app performance optimization and debugging techniques
- Understanding of Firebase services and push notifications

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Jetpack Compose
- Knowledge of Coroutines and Flow
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Room Database
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play Store

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
