(a) 4 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with primary focus on the ITOM suite.
(b) Hands-on expertise in configuring and implementing:
(c) ServiceNow Discovery (Schedules, Probes/Sensors, and custom Pattern creation).
(d) CMDB & CSDM (CI classes, relationships, Identification & Reconciliation Engine [IRE], and CMDB Health).
(e) Event Management (Alert correlation rules, threshold configurations, and monitoring integrations).
(f) Robust development background in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
(g) Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
(h) Deep understanding of MID Server deployment, configuration, and cluster troubleshooting.
(i) Strong knowledge of discovery protocols: SNMP, WMI, SSH, REST/SOAP, and credential management.
