- Operate and support CyberArk PAM platform services in a 24/7 workplace.
- Manage credential vaulting, privileged account onboarding, and session management.
- Support password access, credential retrieval, and related incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PAM/CyberArk incidents and service requests.
- Ensure security, availability, and compliance of privileged access environments.
- Work with EMEA Banking & Securities business teams and support critical operational requirements.
