Job Description:

- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.

- Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.

- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Teams, Developers, QA and other stakeholders.

- Track project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.

- Remove impediments and ensure teams remain focused on sprint and project objectives.

- Drive Agile adoption and continuously improve team processes and delivery practices.

- Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards and governance reports.

- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on project progress.

- Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies and escalations.

- Coordinate across multiple teams and manage priorities in a complex delivery setting.

- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline and quality standards.

- Support release planning, change management and production implementation activities.

- Mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
