To get there, we’re hiring someone for the Founder’s Office who will work directly with the founders across marketing, content, hiring, operations, research, communications, and other high-priority initiatives.

About Us

Figr is a fast-growing, venture-funded startup developing design tools to automate workflows for product design teams. Figr aims to make the design process simpler, from research to ideation to final handoff.

We’re building foundational models that deeply understand interface design, generating high-quality first drafts of wireframes, high-fidelity interface designs, and user flows.

We’re not just building a prompt-to-design tool, but something that truly understands designers' needs, helping them create better products. It is purposefully built for enterprises to handle the most complex workflows.

About the Role

As part of the Founder’s Office, you’ll work directly with the founders on high-priority projects across different parts of the company.

The role will involve marketing, content, hiring, operations, research, and initiatives like event planning.

You’ll be expected to take ownership of projects from planning to execution, work across teams, figure things out independently, and step into whatever problem needs solving. Our ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, eager to learn, willing to experiment and comfortable working across multiple functions.

This is a full time role based in Bengaluru, IN.

What You'll Get to Do

- Work across marketing and other content initiatives.
- Support and execute hiring initiatives.
- Handle ad hoc operations and help design, document and improve organizational processes.
- Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, brainstorming sessions, and analysis across various teams.




- Take ownership of projects from planning to execution while helping improve collaboration, operational efficiency, and the quality of how the team works.

- Base Pay 14-18 LPA + ESOPs.
