Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Neo4j Application Support Engineer to support critical business applications and troubleshoot complex issues in graph database environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Neo4j, Cypher, graph data modeling, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, investigate, and resolve application/database issues.

- Act as an SME for Neo4j and provide technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex issues in graph database environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application support.





- Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks.

- Document issues, resolutions, and technical findings.

- Contribute to process improvements and system stability.
