We are seeking a passionate and reflective Lead Preschool Teachers who believes that early learning is a beautiful balance of science and wonder. The ideal educator will create joyful, research-informed, and nature-connected experiences for children and parents — fostering curiosity, confidence, and connection. This role calls for someone who values observation as a tool for understanding, embraces collaboration, and believes in creating learning experiences rooted in both heart and evidence.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and facilitate play-based, research-informed learning experiences that spark curiosity and connect children meaningfully with nature.

- Partner with parents to build a nurturing, respectful, and trusting learning community where every voice is valued

- Design and lead play-based,



research-driven activities that ignite student curiosity and foster meaningful connections with the natural world.

- Monitor and document child development progress through systematic observation and assessment.

- Integrate appropriate digital tools and educational technology to enhance teaching delivery and administrative documentation.

- Encourage social-emotional growth through storytelling, sensory exploration, art, and outdoor play.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a preschool teacher.

- Robust understanding of child development stages and play-based learning methodologies.

- Strong understanding of research-based early learning approaches (Reggio Emilia, inquiry-based, or play-based learning preferred).

- Experience working with parent-toddler programs or early years groups
