Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with inbound leads and understand their requirements.

- Qualify prospects and identify sales opportunities.

- Conduct product demos and explain SalaryBox's value proposition.

- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.

- Handle basic customer objections and work towards closures.

- Maintain lead and opportunity details in the CRM.

- Coordinate with the onboarding/customer success team after closure.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

RequirementsWho We’re Looking For:

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of sales/business development experience.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls.

- Strong listening, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.

- Eagerness to learn and build a career in B2B SaaS sales.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a rapid-paced startup environment.
