Job Description

The purpose of the role is to lead sales and business development of Bosch power tools to key users in designated regions, manage sales team and ensure business goals are met. Ensure cooperative working across all BU's, execute the organization initiatives to surpass the business objectives.

Key activities :

1. Develop the key user business by leading team of key user managers and establish direct connect with large users in key segments like metal working, renewable energy and automotive.
2. Achieve team target, focus on increasing cordless share, drive industrial tools sales and ensure brilliant execution by engaging closely with user focused channel partners; use digital tools and project level data to effectively manage leads to convert them to sales
3. Oversee that the end user complaints are attended with agility, involve the different stake holders to ensure fast resolution
4.



Maintain relations with end users as well as channel partners and present win-win solutions; promote value added services; senior level connect with large users.
5. Organize user engagement activities, increase brand visibility through technical seminars onsite.
6. Demand planning and forecasting of SKU's considering the orders expected from large users; check on channel receivables
7. Focus on team development, upskilling, increasing competence level through coaching and mentoring; build future capability

1. Increase in number of users and % share of business in different segments
2. Growth over last year, delta business generation, channel partner growth target achievement, EBIT
