Key Responsibilities of the Cluster Revenue Manager:

- Understand market dynamics and monitor competitor pricing to grow revenue and RevPAR for assigned portfolio.
- Deliver effective pricing and ensure optimal inventory for all revenue streams and market segments.
- Generate revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within area of responsibility
- Understand, investigate and extract data from any relevant system needed for problem solving and analysis.




- Embrace and ensure optimization of recent systems and tools to maximize revenue Work closely with the Area/Corporate Support Office and the hotel operational teams to ensure aligned direction
- Supports the smooth running of the revenue management department of the hotels, where all aspects of the concerned hotel’s reservations and meeting & events enquiries are managed and handled
- Develops and implements strategies where key revenue management metrics are identified, communicated and delivered
- Effectively manages the life cycle of the team within the department, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance
- Responsible for the revenue budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Reviews and scrutinizes the business performance, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance
- Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
