Position: Sales Engineer Trainee – Field Sales
Locations: Bhubaneswar, Jharsuguda
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months+ in Field Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic Sales Engineer Trainees to drive field sales, develop customer relationships, and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent customers and sales opportunities.

- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.

- Promote technical products and solutions.

- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads/orders.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

Preferred Industry / Product Experience

Candidates with experience in Generators, Motors, Compressors, Pumps, Valves, or Industrial Instruments will be preferred.

Requirements

- 6+ months of field sales experience.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.

- Technical/Engineering background preferred.
