Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Fullstack MERN Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB/MySQL DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and be capable of independently leading current projects from conception to deployment. This role will focus on developing robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.





This is an on-site position in Mumbai, with preference for immediate joiners located in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MySQL/Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and projects from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and design effective technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in adherence to best coding practices.
- Conduct unit testing (Jest framework knowledge is must) and ensure bug-free code, with strong knowledge of test automation, CI/CD pipeline handling, and version control systems (Git/SVN).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Strong practical experience in the MERN stack ecosystem
- Ability to independently manage development tasks and deliver projects with ownership

Key Skills:

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Expertise in backend development using Node.js and Express.js.




- Advanced knowledge of React.js (including state management libraries such as Redux or Context API) for frontend development.
- Solid experience with MongoDB/MySQL DB and Mongoose (or similar ODM) for database management.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems.
- Unit testing using Jest framework.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and deployment processes.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or Heroku will be advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

- Experience with MySQL in addition to MongoDB.
- Prior experience in handling server deployments and hosting strategies.
