What You’ll Do:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement, communication and HR initiatives.
- Monitor attendance, performance and reporting.
- Support HR policies, documentation and day-to-day HR operations.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
