About the job

Daily entry of sales, purchases, bank payments, and receipts into accounting software (Tally / ERP).
Prepare client invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile accounts receivable/payable.
Perform monthly bank account reconciliations and verify ledger balances.
Assist with basic statutory compliances, including GST and TDS calculations/filings.
Maintain proper physical and digital documentation of vouchers, bills, and tax receipts.
