The company values originality, storytelling, and a deep understanding of contemporary sneaker culture.Role Description The Senior Footwear Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for sneakers, from concept creation to final product handoff. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves developing seasonal collections, translating brand stories into compelling footwear designs, and creating detailed technical drawings for sampling and production. The designer will build mood boards, research trends and materials, and collaborate closely with product development, merchandising, and sourcing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining prototypes, aligning designs with brand positioning and market needs, and mentoring junior designers. The role requires a balance of creativity, technical footwear knowledge,



and strong communication with cross-functional partners.EligibilityCandidates must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in footwear design.Candidates must have experience in designing silhouettes and design language.Candidates should be open to Work From Home, Work From Office in Mumbai and Agra based on the requirements.Candidates must have prior experience leading a team.QualificationsCandidates should possess robust Technical Drawing skills to create precise design specifications and communicate clearly with development and production teams.Candidates should possess Product Design and Industrial Design skills to develop functional, ergonomic, and visually compelling sneaker concepts.Candidates should possess skills in Mood Boards and Product Development to translate inspiration into cohesive collections and manage the design-to-production lifecycle.Experience in footwear or fashion design, including a portfolio showcasing sneaker or footwear projects, is highly beneficial.Relevant degree or diploma in Industrial Design, Footwear Design, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and fit/comfort considerations for sneakers is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and manage multiple projects and timelines.
