and career development- Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences- Participate in conferences, seminars, workshops, faculty development programmes, and research activities- Participate in accreditation and quality-assurance activities such as NBA, NAAC, AICTE, RTU etc.- Organize and assist in organizing seminars, workshops, conferences, guest lectures, competitions, and academic events.- Participate in admission, orientation, induction, examination, and other institutional activities.- Perform examination-related duties, including invigilation, paper setting, evaluation, and moderation as assigned.- Support institutional initiatives related to student development, discipline, quality improvement, and academic excellence.Participate in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), MOOCs, workshops, certifications, and qualified training.
