Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Chennai (Remote)Experience: 2+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Timing: US EST Shift / Night ShiftAbout the Role:We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US recruitment process, excellent sourcing and candidate management skills, and be comfortable working in US EST shift timings.Key Responsibilities:Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and professional suitability.Understand candidate work authorization, location, availability, compensation, and other relevant details.Coordinate interviews between candidates and US-based clients/hiring managers.Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing priorities.Negotiate compensation and assist in closing selected candidates.Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status in ATS/recruitment trackers.Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.Meet recruitment targets and turnaround times while maintaining candidate quality.Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.Hands-on experience recruiting for US-based clients or organizations.Positive understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.Basic understanding of US work authorization categories such as H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, and CPT.Ability to understand technical requirements and screen candidates for IT roles.Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.Good knowledge of Boolean search and other candidate-sourcing techniques.Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a target-driven environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to work in US EST shift timings.Preferred Skills:Experience working with US staffing companies or US-based clients.Experience recruiting for roles such as Software Development, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, QA, and other IT positions.Experience working with ATS/recruitment management systems.Strong passive candidate sourcing and engagement skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Key CompetenciesUS IT RecruitmentTalent AcquisitionCandidate SourcingResume ScreeningTechnical RecruitmentCandidate EngagementInterview CoordinationNegotiation & ClosingStakeholder ManagementTime Management
