The person will gather requirements, track project execution, manage stakeholder communication, and help ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Understand business needs and convert them into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks.- Coordinate with business, development, design, QA, and external vendor teams.- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation.- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely completion of action items.- Coordinate testing, collect business feedback, and support successful releases.- Communicate project progress, delays,



and scope changes to stakeholders.- Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues for timely resolution.- Support project handover, training, and post-launch follow-up.Requirements :`- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, technology project management, business analysis, or product operations.- Experience managing or coordinating software and digital projects.- Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.- Basic understanding of software development, testing, releases, and Agile practices.- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Notion.- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in an ed-tech, SaaS, consumer internet, or startup environment will be an advantage.
