Role: BIM Modeler - Mechanical/ElectricalJob SummaryProduces assigned model elements and drawing sheets under supervision, working to defined standards and templates. Output is reviewed by a Senior BIM Modeller before release. The role is a training track: the expectation is measurable progression toward independent ownership of a system or zone.Key Responsibilities- Create and update 3D models per issued design/construction drawings.- Follow modelling standards, templates, and naming conventions set by the BIM Lead.- Flag design or coordination issues discovered during modelling.- Support preparation of drawings, schedules,



and basic BOQs.- Participate in internal training to build modelling proficiency.Required Qualifications & Experience- 1–3 years of experience. Fresh graduates with formal Revit MEP training will be considered.- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical- Working Revit (MEP) capability — must demonstrate modelling a basic system live at interview, not certificates alone.- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, legends and schedules.- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD.Preferred (Training Provided)- Navisworks; BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.- Awareness of SMACNA, ASHRAE and NFPA basics.
