Role: Key Account Manager/Manager- Key Accounts/KAM Ecommerce/Asst KAM- EcommerceReporting: DGM-Digital MarketingExperience: 4–7 years of experience in Ecommerce Key Account ManagementLocation: Vashi, Mumbai / Kharadi, Pune HOKey Responsibilities:- Own revenue, P&L;, and business growth for key ecommerce accounts including Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce platforms, and e-pharmacies.- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, customer acquisition, retention with profitability.- Will be responsible for managing and growing business with assigned accounts through strong customer partnerships, flawless execution, and data driven account management.- Design, negotiate, and execute Terms of Trade and Joint Business Plans.- Drive assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.- Monitor competitor activities and marketplace trends to identify opportunities for business growth opportunities.- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to improve marketplace visibility, discoverability, advertising performance, and conversion,



ensuring campaigns support account growth and sales objectives.- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, etc to drive sustainable growth- Drive sales forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with Supply Chain to ensure inventory availability.- Analyze data from business and performance, and create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Desired Skills & Qualifications:- 4–7 years of experience in Ecommerce Key Account Management, Marketplace Sales, or Digital Commerce, with experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or other ecommerce marketplaces.- Robust understanding of ecommerce marketplaces and digital advertising ecosystems.- Proficiency in Excel, analytics, reporting dashboards and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced business priorities.
