Roles & Responsibilities:- Teach undergraduate (and possibly postgraduate) courses in Operation Theater Technology.- Prepare lesson plans, lectures, lab/practical manuals, and assessment tools in line with curriculum guidelines.- Supervise students in laboratory-based and simulation-based training.- Mentor and evaluate students through assignments, internal exams, and presentations.Research and Development:- Engage in academic research related to OT technology and contribute to scholarly publications.- Encourage and supervise student research projects.- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in OT techniques and equipment.Administrative Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and review of the academic curriculum. Participate in departmental meetings, academic audits,



and university events.- Assist in organizing workshops, continuing education programs, and faculty development activities.- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department or Dean.Qualifications and Experience:- Master's degree in Operation Theater Technology or related field from a recognized university (M.Sc. in OTT preferred).- Minimum 4-6 years of teaching or relevant clinical experience in a hospital/educational setting.- Robust understanding of surgical protocols, infection control, and OT management.- Excellent communication, instructional, and mentoring skills.
