Engagement Details- Employment Type: Contract- Experience: 5+ years- Duration: 3-6 Months- Candidate Location Requirement: Candidate must currently be based in or available to work in location and should be able to attend onsite work as required.- Work Mode: Hybrid- Interview: Virtual- Client/Company Details: Will be shared with shortlisted/eligible candidates at a later stage.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure integrations, SQL Server, and enterprise application support.The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling Dynamics 365 development and customization, Power Platform solutions, Azure-based integrations, on-premises CRM support, production troubleshooting, and CI/CD activities.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions.- Develop and maintain Plugins, Workflows, Custom Actions, Power Automate flows, PCF Controls, JavaScript, TypeScript, and custom integrations.- Build and support Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.- Develop enterprise integrations using Azure Functions, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management.- Develop solutions using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, Web APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PCF.- Support Dynamics CRM on-premises environments, including SQL queries, stored procedures, reporting solutions, and environment troubleshooting.- Support CI/CD and deployment activities across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, production incidents, integration failures,



and performance issues.- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, architects, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.- Implement secure and scalable integrations with external systems and enterprise applications.- Apply Dynamics 365 security models including role-based access control and field-level security.- Work with DevOps, source control, branching, build pipelines, release pipelines, and deployment governance.- Prepare technical documentation, solution design notes, deployment documentation, and operational handover materials.Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development.- Senior-level experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or equivalent.# Strong hands-on experience with:- Dynamics 365 CRM / CE- Plugins- Workflows- Custom Actions- PCF Controls- JavaScript / TypeScript- Dataverse- Power Apps- Power Automate- Power Pages- Strong programming experience with C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and SQL Server.# Experience working with both Dynamics 365 Cloud and Dynamics CRM On-Premises environments.- Robust understanding of enterprise integration architecture and Web APIs.- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, REST APIs, and Azure API Management.- Understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and error handling.- Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD, build and release pipelines.- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and technical documentation skills.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be able to independently manage Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, Power Platform, Azure integrations, on-premises CRM support, production troubleshooting, and CI/CD deployments within an enterprise environment.
