registration, client association, roaming, and authentication problems.- Perform basic configuration changes on Cisco WLCs (AireOS / 9800 series) under guidance.- Monitor wireless performance, alarms, and AP/WLC health through tools like Prime/DNAC.- Assist with RF checks, channel/power adjustments, and coverage validations.- Support onboarding of new APs, SSID updates, and floor map changes.- Document resolutions, update SOPs, and provide inputs for knowledge base articles.- Work closely with L3 teams for escalations and deeper RCA.- Should be ready to work in 24X7 Shifts.- Good Knowledge & Hands on experience on Cisco WLCs.- Familiarity with DNAC, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, and basic spectrum analysis.- Understanding of VLANs, routing basics, and network troubleshooting tools.- ITIL Certification.- Technical Certifications such as Cisco CCNA Wireless.- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Good communication and documentation skills.
