We Are Hiring: IT Support Specialist (Onsite)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver high-quality onsite technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of end-user systems and office IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner- Manage the complete device lifecycle, including provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning- Support office IT infrastructure such as network connectivity, AV systems, and workplace technologies- Maintain accurate IT asset records, conduct inventory audits,



and ensure compliance with asset management policies- Collaborate with Level 2 support teams and coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and maintenance- Assist in IT projects, office relocations, and technology deploymentsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in end-user support and IT infrastructure environments- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile device support- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points)- Hands-on experience with IT asset management and inventory control- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities- Solid communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with remote teams
