Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Premium Handler Trainee to join our Insurance Operations team. In this role, you will support the processing and allocation of insurance premiums, maintain accurate records, and assist in resolving premium-related queries.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in the insurance industry.

How you'll make an impact

- Process and record insurance premium transactions accurately.
- Verify premium details received from clients, brokers, and insurers.
- Maintain and update premium records in internal systems.
- Assist in reconciliation of premium payments and settlements.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues to senior team members.
- Ensure all activities are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with premium-related queries.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational documentation as required.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

About you:

- Commerce graduates only (B. Com, BAF, BMS, BBI, BBM, BFM or equivalent Commerce stream).
- Graduation year: 2025 or 2026.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of work experience, including those from non-related industries who wish to start their career with Gallagher, may also apply as freshers.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in the insurance industry.

- MBA graduates.
- Non-Commerce graduates.
