Job description -

- Take the “brief” to identify the project’s needs and put together comparative reports and design proposals
- Develop ideas keeping in mind organisation’s needs & building’s usage.
- Create, evaluate and alter designs to meet the organisation’s needs & produce detailed drawings and make any necessary corrections.
- Coordinate with all consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of drawings on site.
- Compile project samples, specifications and selections.
- Make on site visits to check on project status and prepare monthly report on project.




- Follow architectural trends and advancements.
- Strong portfolio to prove aesthetic skills
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software 2D and 3D (Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Revit)
- Solid imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Communication and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
