Role Overview

We are seeking a General Manager – Corporate Mobility Solutions (ETS) to lead, scale, and institutionalize our Employee Transport Services business into a national vertical. Reporting to executive leadership, you will transform this vertical from a regional offering into a high-growth, highly structured national market leader.

Key Responsibilities

- National Business Building: Architect and execute a multi-city growth roadmap targeting IT/ITeS, MNCs, manufacturing, and GCC clients across key Indian business hubs.

- P&L; & Commercial Leadership: Drive exponential topline growth while maintaining strict oversight of EBITDA margins, unit economics, contract structuring, and operational cost controls (fuel, fleet partners, route planning).

- Execution & Operations: Shift execution from relationship-led sales to a standardized, process-driven engine. Establish operational excellence,



fleet utilization benchmarks, central command visibility, and enterprise-grade SLAs.

- Systems & Data Governance: Implement digitized operations, fleet management systems, and real-time leadership dashboards tracking revenue, route profitability, and client-level margins.

- Team Building: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance second-line organization (Regional Heads, City Heads, Key Account Managers).

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 15–20 years in corporate mobility, Employee Transport Services (ETS), logistics, fleet management, or enterprise B2B service delivery.

- Track Record: Proven success scaling multi-city business units, managing substantial enterprise sales pipelines, and leading complex operational teams.

- Execution Focus: A hands-on "business builder" mindset—comfortable operating as an individual contributor initially to establish anchor accounts, then scaling into full organizational leadership.

- Location: Based full-time at our Headquarters in Pune.

- Language Proficiency: Skilled fluency in English and Hindi. Working knowledge or fluency in Marathi is a strong advantage.
