We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in B2B / Industrial Marketing to support market development, lead generation, customer coordination, and marketing activities.

Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Electrical / Mechanical / Metallurgy or Marketing Preferred QualificationMBA in Marketing – Preferred but not mandatory

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market development, lead generation, technical marketing support, CRM management, customer coordination, and marketing events.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B / Industrial Marketing, preferably in the CRGO, Electrical Steel, Transformer, Transformer Components, or Engineering Industry.

Key Responsibilities1. Market Development & Lead Generation

- Identify and qualify potential customers in the Transformer and Electrical Equipment industry.

- Develop and maintain lead databases through market research, exhibitions, digital channels, and other sources.

- Follow up with prospective customers and generate business opportunities.

- Track leads and coordinate with the Sales team for conversion.

- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.

2. Technical Marketing Support

- Prepare and maintain product presentations, brochures, catalogues, and datasheets.

- Support preparation of customer-specific proposals and prequalification documents.

- Assist in preparing RFP / RFQ responses and other marketing documents.

- Coordinate with technical and production teams for customer requirements.





- Support product trials, samples, and sample deliveries as required.

3. CRM & Data Management

- Maintain accurate and updated customer and lead information in the CRM system.

- Record customer interactions, enquiries, opportunities, and follow-ups.

- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up.

- Prepare basic CRM reports and marketing MIS.

- Ensure proper documentation of customer and business development activities.

4. Customer & Event Coordination

- Maintain regular communication with existing customers for relationship building and feedback.

- Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and follow-ups.

- Support planning and execution of:

- Trade Shows

- Exhibitions

- Seminars

- Customer Visits

- Plant Tours

- Coordinate with internal teams for customer visits and events.

- Handle post-event follow-up, lead tracking, and documentation.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Valuable knowledge of B2B / Industrial Marketing.

- Experience in CRGO, Electrical Steel, Transformer, Transformer Components, or Engineering Industry will be preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

- Basic technical understanding of engineering products.

- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing tools.

- Good analytical and reporting skills.

- Willingness to travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and business development activities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
