Hiring Position – Finance Manager

CTC: ₹10–15 LPA

Qualification - CA/ Inter CA/ MBA Finance

Key Responsibilities
• Lead fundraising initiatives through investors, High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs), private
equity, and venture capital firms
• Prepare pitch decks, financial models, valuation reports, and investor presentations to support
fundraising rounds
• Identify and build relationships with potential investors, PE/VC firms, and financial institutions
• Manage due diligence processes, term sheet negotiations, and investor documentation
• Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow) in compliance with
applicable accounting standards
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general
ledger,



and bank reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors; ensure smooth completion of audits
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and working capital; provide variance analysis
• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management and investor review
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST law, SEBI/FEMA regulations (as
applicable), and other relevant regulations
• Support costing and pricing decisions for electrical products/projects

• Liaise with banks, investors, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls
