This is New Role Budget: 593000 Location: Bangalore (Marathahalli) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, develop, and close new B2B business opportunities across corporate, commercial, and institutional segments Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, interior designers, project management consultants, and key decision-makers Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures Develop strategic account plans and ensure long term client engagement Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, and marketing) to deliver customized workplace solutions Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for leadership
