- To concentrate on treaty going business
- Ensure a healthy combined ratio
- Broker Relationship Management
- GWP from existing and New channel recruitment
- Team Management
- Developing good relations with channel partners

Key Requirements – Education & Certification

- 12+ years of experience
- MBA/PGDBM (Marketing)

Key Requirements – Experience & Skills

- Understands Insurance Business
- Should have Domain Knowledge
- Selling cycle knowledge
- Awareness of Regulatory & Legal Environment applicable to Business
- Communication skills - Written / Oral/ Presentation
- Negotiation Skills
- Developing valuable relations with brokers
- Responsiveness
