Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Passenger Car Dealership experience preferred)
Qualification: Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or any relevant Diploma
Salary: 40,000 per month
Location: Kochi Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile service operations (Passenger car dealership preferred). Solid knowledge of workshop operations and after-sales service. Good leadership, communication, and customer handling skills. Familiarity with dealership service processes and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure timely, high-quality vehicle service delivery. Lead and supervise service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff to achieve productivity and performance targets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving escalated service issues and maintaining service quality. Monitor workshop performance, service revenue, and operational efficiency while implementing corrective actions when required. Coordinate with Parts, Warranty, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
