Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve painting production targets in every shift
* Ensure paint and thinner consumption as per BOM standards
* Minimize touch-up and cleaning operations
* Optimize manpower utilization to improve productivity
* Ensure availability and proper usage of PPE by all workers
* Monitor and reduce rejection rates in the painting process
* Train workers to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Maintain secure working conditions for both workers and equipment
* Ensure raw material availability as per production schedule
* Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
* Maintain 5S standards on the shop floor
* Handle documentation and compliance for audits
