Job Summary

A Physical Therapist evaluates patients and develops treatment plans to improve their mobility, manage pain, and restore function. They work with individuals of all ages who have medical problems or other conditions that limit their ability to move and perform daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient care and progress in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy best practices and advancements.

Qualifications

- Skills:



Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; problem-solving abilities; manual dexterity; ability to motivate patients.
- Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
