About the Role

We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist to create engaging, high-quality video content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms. The role requires strong storytelling skills, expertise in motion graphics, and an eye for visual detail, along with the ability to deliver quality content within deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Edit YouTube videos, interviews, documentaries, podcasts, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Create motion graphics, animated titles, logo animations, and visual elements.
- Edit content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Shorts, and Reels.
- Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, subtitle integration, and basic sound editing.




- Ensure consistency with BigMint’s brand identity across all video content.
- Collaborate with the Content and Marketing teams to execute creative concepts.
- Use appropriate transitions, music, pacing, and visual elements to strengthen storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines.

Skills Required

- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
- Expertise in Motion Graphics & Animation.
- Knowledge of colour correction/grading and audio editing.
- Strong understanding of transitions, music, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve will be an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Positive time management and ability to work within deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI video tools will be an added advantage.

- Corporate video production.

- B2B, industrial, or manufacturing content.
- Experience creating content for professional/digital audiences.

Portfolio Required

Candidates are required to share a showreel or portfolio showcasing corporate videos, motion graphics, YouTube content, interviews, and social media edits.
