We’re scaling fast and need sharp, motivated telecallers to own outbound and inbound conversations that turn leads into revenue.

Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct high-volume outbound & inbound calls to prospects and clients, following tailored scripts and sales playbooks.
- Qualify leads by gathering key information (budget, authority, need, timeline) and flagging high-intent prospects to the sales team.
- Book appointments, demos, and meetings for B2B sales reps using Calendly/CRM scheduling tools.
- Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in Salesforce or HubSpot daily.
- Resolve common client queries,



escalate complex issues, and maintain a 95%+ data entry accuracy rate.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging based on real-time caller feedback and conversion trends.
