About Xempla
Xempla is building the Autonomous Maintenance Operating Center — an AI-native platform that
thinks, plans, and acts so facility teams don’t have to. Six intelligent agents handle asset monitoring,
work order scheduling, technician support, compliance, and continuous improvement at scale.
We work with global enterprise customers — Sodexo, Emaar, Energy Australia — and are executing
a focused India growth motion targeting GCCs, REITs, MNCs, and institutional asset owners. In
India, we are selling our CMMS/CAFM platform: a proven, purpose-built product for smarter facility
and asset management.
The Opportunity
Xempla is building a recent category in India: AI-Native Facilities Management. Our goal for 2026 is
straightforward — when FM heads, asset managers, and operations leaders at GCCs and REITs
think about intelligent facility management, Xempla should be the first name they think of.
We are not getting there through ads, campaigns, or paid media. We are getting there through
organic content that is specific, credible, and consistent — content that makes the right people
understand what the problem really is, what a better operating model looks like, and why Xempla is
the platform that delivers it.
This role owns that content motion entirely. You will work directly with the founder to produce content
across four streams: product intelligence, market POV, customer proof, and founder voice. All
organic. All pointed at the India CMMS/CAFM ICP.
This role works in direct lockstep with the BDR. Your content warms the market. Their outreach converts
it. When a prospect receives a LinkedIn message from the founder, they should already know the name
— because they’ve been reading the content you wrote.
What You’ll Do:
Product-Led Content
— Go deep on how Xempla’s product actually works — the agents, the workflows, the decisions
the system makes autonomously. Not surface-level, but well enough to explain it to a facility manager who’s never seen it.
— Turn product reality into specific, credible content: how the anomaly detection agent works, what autonomous scheduling looks like on day one, what changes for a technician when work orders are auto-generated.
— Make the product visible without making it feel like a brochure. Specific beats polished every time.
Market POV & Category Building
— Write content that frames the problem before pitching the solution — why reactive maintenance is quietly eroding asset value for Indian REITs and GCCs, why existing CMMS tools weren’t built for the decisions FM teams actually need to make.
— Build Xempla’s category narrative in the India market: AI-Native FM is not a feature upgrade, it is a fundamentally different operating model.
— Track what FM leaders, asset owners, and operations heads in India are talking about — and produce content that enters that conversation with a sharp point of view.
Customer Proof & Social Evidence
— Extract and adapt proof points from global customers — Sodexo, Emaar, Energy Australia — into formats that resonate with Indian asset owners and operators.
— Turn customer outcomes into specific, credible content: not “we improved efficiency” but “here is what changed, in what timeframe, and why it happened.”
— Build a library of proof points, outcome data, and customer moments that the BDR and founder can draw from in conversations.
Founder Voice & LinkedIn Cadence
— Write LinkedIn posts in the founder’s voice — opinionated, grounded, specific. Posts that make an FM head in Gurugram stop scrolling because it feels like the founder understands their world.
— Own the founder’s LinkedIn content calendar: consistent weekly cadence, no gaps, no filler.
— Manage the Xempla company page — product updates, proof points, category POV. All organic.
— Repurpose content across formats — LinkedIn post, carousel, newsletter section. One insight, multiple touchpoints.
Cadence, Tracking & Iteration
— Own the weekly content calendar end-to-end — drafting, editing, scheduling, publishing. No dropped weeks.
— Track what resonates with the right personas — engagement quality, profile visits, follower growth among ICP — and use that signal to sharpen the next week’s output.
— Experiment with hooks, angles, and formats continuously. The goal is not volume. It is finding what makes FM heads, asset managers, and operations leaders stop, read, and remember.
What You Are Not Responsible For:
— Paid advertising, performance marketing, or media buying of any kind
— Brand design or visual identity from scratch
— Website development, SEO, or technical marketing
— Event management, PR, or analyst relations
— Demand generation campaigns or lead scoring
How This Connects to India GTM:
The BDR runs outbound on LinkedIn — messages, sequences, discovery calls — targeting FM
heads, VP Operations, and Asset Managers at GCCs, REITs,
and MNCs across India. Your content
is what warms that audience before the outreach lands.
A cold message from an unknown name converts poorly. A message from a founder whose content
the prospect has been reading for weeks converts. Your output directly affects the BDR’s reply rates,
meeting quality, and pipeline velocity. These two roles are built to work together.
India GTM focus: GCCs, REITs, MNCs, institutional asset owners and investors. Product being sold:
Xempla CMMS/CAFM. Everything you produce should be legible and relevant to that ICP.
Who You Are:
Strong signals
— 0–1 yr experience or fresher with strong written communication
— Writes clearly and specifically — no fluff, no jargon for its own sake
— Curious about how products work, not just what they do
— Can absorb a complex idea and translate it into language a non-technical FM head would find compelling
— High ownership — comfortable taking unstructured input and turning it into finished, published output
— Interest in B2B, AI, SaaS, or how categories get built
— Familiar with LinkedIn content, Canva, or Figma
Not a dealbreaker
— Prior content or marketing job title
— Formal training in marketing or communications
— Experience with FM, PropTech, or CMMS specifically
— A polished portfolio (strong writing samples in any domain matter more)
The filter that matters most: can you sit in a 30-minute founder conversation about how Xempla’s
scheduling agent works, extract the one insight that would make a VP Operations at a GCC stop scrolling,
and write a LinkedIn post from it? That ability — curiosity plus translation plus craft — is what this role
runs on. It will be tested in the hiring process.
Support Structure:
You work directly with the founder — close access, fast feedback loops, and a clear product and
market POV to draw from. The BDR shares what’s resonating with prospects and what isn’t, giving
you a real-time signal loop between content and commercial conversations. What lands in outreach
informs what you write next.
What Success Looks Like in Year One:
Cadence: Consistent weekly output, no gaps
Resonance: Right ICP engaging, not vanity metrics
Pipeline: Content visibly warming BDR outreach
Growth Path
Content & GTM Lead → Head of Marketing (India) as the India motion scales. You are building the
content and category muscle of an AI-native company from the ground up in a market that is just
waking up to what this means. That is a rare thing to be part of at this stage.
