Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our EDM Consumable Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving direct sales of EDM consumables, achieving sales targets, managing gross margins, ensuring market coverage, and overseeing account receivables. This role involves active marketing and sales activities to expand our customer base and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve defined sales targets, margins, and objectives for digital and consumable sales.
- Drive direct sales within the assigned territory, focusing on maintaining existing accounts and acquiring current ones.
- Manage account receivables and inventory levels effectively.
- Generate sales opportunities through proactive cold calls and regular customer visits.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and services.
- Handle all end-to-end pre- and post-sales activities for consumables.




- Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

- Skills: Outdoor sales, people management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Sales/Marketing).
- Attributes: Creative, self-motivated, organized, independent, target-driven, team player, eager to learn, willing to travel extensively (approximately 50% local, 50% outstation).
