We are looking for a skilled Field Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems including RFID, ultrasonic sensors, display boards, and gate automation (Ingate/Outgate). The candidate will work on both hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of local and cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and maintain RFID systems, Boombarrier devices, ultrasonic sensors, and display boards
- Manage and troubleshoot Ingate and Outgate systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical and software-related issues
- Handle system connectivity between local and cloud platforms
- Perform regular site inspections and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with backend/software team for issue resolution
- Maintain reports of field activities and system status
- Provide in office support under Webreach/technical operations
