We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing IT professionals from our bench onto client projects. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with IT professionals on the bench to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
- Effectively market and present qualified candidates to clients for open positions, ensuring a strong match between candidate profiles and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and project requirements.
- Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates and finalize offers.
- Track and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize sourcing strategies and improve the overall recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Experience on C2C requirements and good connection with Prime vendor and Tier-1 Vendors.
Qualifications
- Skills:
- Proven experience in IT staffing and bench sales recruitment.
- Excellent understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
