· Prevents reputational losses & financial losses to company by internal/external entities indulging in fraudulent

practices. Ensures optimum productivity through trigger-based intimation.

· Handling escalations and updating internal customer on claims assigned for investigation.

· Assist claims and legal team in identification & eradication of frauds.

· Responsible for filing police complaints & leading evidence.

· Updates referral triggers to maximize fraud eradication.

· Reduces loss ratio by increasing success ratios.

· Develops current techniques for investigation (forensic / biometric).

· Implementation of strategic projects.

What you’ll do:

· Visit to Police stations for Police complaints on weekly basis. Visit to Insured / Driver / Claimant location with

vendor for verification on weekly basis.





· Team Handling of 15 to 20 vendors by conducting structured review on fort-nightly basis.

· Carries out fraud analytics to identify fraud prone areas and provides MIS on monthly basis.

· Shares best case studies within the team to adopt best practices on monthly basis.

· Designs & delivers fraud training programs to investigators for effective investigation on quarterly basis.

· Re-engineers process to reduce investigation TAT and investigation cost on quarterly basis.

· Provide updates/solutions on escalations within 24 hours.

· Provide detailed feedback on open cases for investigation to internal customers on weekly basis.
