We are looking for a smart and energetic HR Recruiter to join our growing team and help us recruit hospitality staff across India.

Position: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial screening
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Follow up with candidates for interviews and joining
- Verify candidate documents before joining

Requirements:

- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, social media, email)
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow-ups
- Recruitment experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month

Working Hours:

- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
- Sunday Fixed Off
