Saregama has been providing millions of viewers with entertainment for more than a
century. We have done it all, from the first recording in India in 1902 to the most recent
musical hits; from music retailing through Carvaan to streaming on all major digital
platforms; from live concerts to musical plays; from theatrical movies to web series, TV
serials and short-form videos.
One of the very few entertainment organizations that creates IPs for Music, Video

Saregama has one of the largest song libraries that is continually being expanded

listening experience. Padhanisa, an AI based music learning app, aims to make Indian
vocal learning simple, easy and accessible to everyone across the globe.
Yoodlee Films is Saregama’s production house focussed on creating content for
theatrical releases and 3rd party digital platforms & TV. We are also the leading TV
serial producer for Sun TV.
Saregama’s subsidiary, PocketAces,



is well-known for its wide range of content
available on its own channels, including FilterCopy, Nutshell, Dice Media, Gobble, and
Pocket Change. With a strong presence on social media platforms like YouTube and
Instagram, it attracts a sizable audience, particularly among millennials and Gen Z.

Saregama Live produces live events including artiste based musical concerts and IP

Role Overview:
We are seeking a agile and proactive professional with prior experience
working closely with the music artist community—ideally in artist management,
distribution, or a related domain. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding
of the independent music ecosystem and a passion for discovering and nurturing
emerging talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify rising independent artists on Instagram, YouTube, Spotify
• Sign and Manage Artists for Distribution
• Negotiate contract with Artist
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners for releases
• Monitor and Analyse KPI’s
• Attend showcases, and artist community events
• Build relationships with managers/producers/songwriters who influence artist
decisions
