Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their financial goals and insurance requirements.
- Educate clients on various life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and universal life policies.
- Develop and present personalized insurance proposals tailored to individual client circumstances.
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Skills:



Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong sales and customer service abilities. Ability to explain complex financial products clearly. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant insurance licenses (e.g., Life, Accident & Health) are mandatory or must be obtained upon hiring.
- Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Empathetic and trustworthy. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
