Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & F&O; using model-driven and canvas app approaches.
- Build end-to-end integrations between D365 and external systems (ERP, legacy databases, Azure Functions, Power Automate) using Dataverse APIs and SDKs.
- Configure and extend D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain) to meet client-specific business rules and compliance needs.
- Lead solutioning sessions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specs and functional designs.
- Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of Power Apps, flows, and plugins in production environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 solutions using Azure DevOps and Microsoft Power Platform CLI.
