What Youll Do
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
• Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand technical requirements
• Perform candidate sourcing, screening, and initial qualification
• Conduct candidate follow-ups and coordinate interviews
• Manage candidate pipelines and drive submissions, interview closures, and offers
• Handle multiple requirements and high-volume hiring within defined TATs
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM
• Build strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines
• Stay updated on the Indian IT talent market, salary trends, and technology skills





What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / IT Staffing
Strong experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing
Valuable understanding of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques
Experience recruiting for IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, SAP, and other emerging technologies
Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
Ability to work with multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets
Experience with contract staffing / permanent hiring is a plus
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills
