Role & responsibilities:

Where you will be responsible for reviewing business and personal bank statements, calculating income, updating LOS records, and ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and quality standards. Handles client communication for additional documentation, meets document review timelines, and supports operational and performance improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Knowledge about 4Cs (Credit, Capital, Capacity and Collateral)
- Graduates (with degree certificates)
- Minimum 1 Year experience is mandatory
- Comfortable to Work from Office
- Comfortable with US Rotational Night Shifts
- Immediate Joiner
- Experience in Encompass Tool
- Knowledge about DSCR and Bank Statement income files is an added advantage
- Hands on experience with Credit analysis,



Income Verification and Calculation.
- Knowledge about Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) Guidelines
